Backend Engineer

Significant experience as a Backend Engineer working with Elixir, which includes building, shipping and maintaining a complicated software project Postgres (or similar) CI/CD (GitLab, Github, Jenkins or similar) Kubernetes (Nice to have) Docker (Nice to have) AWS (Nice to have) Nextjs (Nice to have) React/Vue/Angular (Nice to have)

Lead the development of small issues and projects. Actively participate in product work in the team: suggest ideas, communicate with stakeholders, emphasise with customers. Use technical insights and expertise to suggest product improvements. Provide feedback on code reviews within the team. Contribute to the shared codebase. Debug and solve issues that may occur in projects. Participate in non-team activities, such as support rotations, hiring process, RFC discussions, etc. Suggest and participate in implementation of small and mid-size improvements to our platform. Design and implement APIs with performance, scalability, and maintainability in mind.
