Requirements:
Degree in Administration, Human Resources, Recruitment, Education, or related fields (desirable). Previous experience in administrative roles, coordination, or HR support. Experience handling documentation or simple databases is a plus. Ability to keep digital files orderly and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency with spreadsheets and data organization tools. Comfortable learning new web platforms and tools quickly.
Responsibilities:
Keep departmental documentation, manuals, and records updated and organized. Coordinate interview logistics and support new hire onboarding. Maintain updated dashboards and prepare basic monthly progress reports. Upload new modules to the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage user accounts.
