Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role. Strong understanding of SAFe principles, Lean-Agile mindset, and Scrum execution. Familiarity with PI Planning events, RTE collaboration, and Agile Release Train operations. Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Experience using Agile lifecycle tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Plans, Confluence). SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), or similar Agile certs.
Responsibilities:
Coach and mentor Data teams in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe. Facilitate key Agile ceremonies. Foster a continuous improvement mindset and optimize delivery flow. Ensure team health, transparency, and data-driven improvements. Guide readiness activities for PI Planning. Support Product Owner in preparing data product backlog. Champion alignment of data delivery to architectural runway and compliance. Support the team during PI Planning. Collaborate with RTEs and other Scrum Masters on dependencies and risks. Ensure alignment to solution and data strategies. Facilitate communication with ART leadership and stakeholders. Drive execution of committed PI objectives. Maintain focus on value delivery and timely integration of data assets. Track and radiate progress. Ensure rigor in inspecting and adapting. Support adoption of DevOps, automated testing, CI/CD, and data quality controls.
