Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, Education, Change Management, or equivalent professional experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Clipchamp, Stream, Viva, Power Apps, Copilot for M365) Graphic design/visualization creation and editing skills using tools like Canva, photoshop and/or others Familiarity with learning platforms Expertise in digital adoption, change enablement, and end-user capability-building Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams Organisational and documentation skills At least 5 years demonstrated experience in digital adoption, user enablement, digital workplace consulting, or similar roles Hands-on experience with organisational change, communication planning, or business transformation initiatives Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 training and user support Experience designing and delivering engaging learning content for diverse audiences Experience with digital analytics, user research, or service-design methodologies Experience in hybrid/remote workforce enablement programmes
