Interior Design Lead | Permanent WFH

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in interior design Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end project ownership Proven ability to manage and mentor a design team Excellent presentation and communication skills Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Personal computer with Intel Core i5 or higher, or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher At least 16 GB RAM and 100 GB of free disk space Wired connection with a minimum 50 Mbps download speed, plus a backup connection Quiet, well-lit space with minimal background noise

Lead the full interior design process—from initial concept and space planning to final execution Present design proposals to clients, consultants, and stakeholders with confidence and clarity Oversee and mentor a design team responsible for producing detailed drawings and project documents Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure projects meet design intent, quality standards, and timelines Review, refine, and approve design outputs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals Maintain strong design standards while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to every project
