2+ years of experience leading Design teams in a consumer internet company or a consumer-quality SaaS company. Managed a team of at least 3 direct reports. 3+ years as an individual contributor, for a total of 5+ years of product design experience. Highly skilled in both responsive web design and native mobile applications. Highly proficient with design tools like Figma, Maze, etc. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Build strong User Research practices. Strong communication skills. Clear creative direction from the highest level but hands-on living and breathing the details.
