Requirements:
10+ years of engineering experience with at least 6 years focused on machine learning implementations Deep expertise in designing and building production AI/ML systems Strong software engineering foundation with expertise in at least one of the following: Python/Rust/Java/Go Deep expertise in mainstream AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and repositories (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Llama, HuggingFace, etc.) Proven track record implementing complex AI/ML systems, including LLMs, time series analysis, anomaly detection, and classification systems Demonstrated ability to locate, evaluate, and adapt cutting-edge AI/ML research into practical, domain-specific solutions Experience building and maintaining AI/ML operations, including pipelines, monitoring, versioning, and deployment Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Architect and implement production-grade machine learning systems Design and optimize AI/ML model architectures for ICS/OT cybersecurity use cases Build robust pipelines and implement AI/ML approaches for security-relevant NLP, temporal pattern analysis, and recommendation systems Lead technical initiatives for AI/ML infrastructure improvements Collaborate with Data Scientists to translate research concepts into production-ready AI/ML systems
