Responsibilities:

Manage legal, regulatory, and compliance risks in banking, payments/ digital assets Assess transactions, structures, and new initiatives Advise on evolving laws and regulations Draft, negotiate, and update agreements with clients, fintech partners, and service providers Maintain templates and guidelines for payments / digital asset products Handle investigations, complaints, and litigation Support regional projects and promote risk awareness across payments / digital initiatives
