5-7 years of B2B marketing experience (AdTech, SaaS, Martech preferred). Proven experience owning integrated campaigns end-to-end, from planning to performance analysis. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills. Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with executional excellence in a fast-paced environment. Experience collaborating with digital, content, and product marketing teams. Familiarity with campaign performance reporting and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn). A data-first mindset and comfort with translating insights into actionable recommendations. A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
