Requirements:
4+ years working for an influencer marketing agency. Experience managing client relationships. Strong understanding of how influencer and affiliate marketing work together. Solid understanding of omni-channel and digital marketing. Track record of successfully running influencer campaigns for consumer products/services. Advanced Excel capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and pitching skills. Working knowledge of attribution in digital marketing. Experience working in the crypto vertical. Big picture, strategic innovative thinker with a go to market growth mentality. Strong data analysis skills. Ability to prioritize competing objectives and manage time effectively. Confidence, poise, and eloquence in client meetings. Mature and measured judgment, with the ability to solve problems independently. Accountability and ability to meet deadlines. Comfortable with managing change, ambiguity, and moving targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Willingness to share and collaborate with peers. Passion for the digital marketing industry. Ability to incorporate feedback from team members, clients, and partners. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Ability to travel up to 15%.
Responsibilities:
Develop custom strategies and tactical plans for influencer programs. Monitor program performance, budget spend, and pacing. Present strategic recommendations to optimize performance. Provide superior client service and act as a primary point of contact. Analyze program data to identify trends and provide client insights. Design influencer recruitment, content, communication, incentive, and optimization strategies. Negotiate media packages and longer-term agreements with influencers. Manage multiple influencer marketing programs and prioritize tasks. Identify new opportunities and potential goal misalignments.
