AI Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred) 2–4 years in machine learning, AI, or similar engineering roles Hands-on experience deploying models into production Prior experience in startups or 0-to-1 product environments Knowledge of NLP, generative AI, and LLMs (e.g., LangChain) Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Spark Strong data engineering skills: ETL pipelines, SQL/NoSQL, data preprocessing Strong analytical and communication abilities, teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail

Build, train, and validate machine learning models Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines Rapidly prototype AI features and deploy production-ready solutions Conduct hyperparameter tuning and optimize models Collaborate with product and engineering teams Ensure fairness, interpretability, and regulatory compliance
