- Experience planning, executing and measuring search campaigns on Google and Bing.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation methodology, writing ad copy or developing creative assets.
- Strong communication skills to articulate plans, impact, challenges and results clearly to a range of audiences including subject matter experts, cross-functional team members and broader business stakeholders.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions from interpreting and analyzing data; experience using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio and/or other business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Plan, execute and measure paid media campaigns that meet growth KPIs related to new member/user acquisition and payback; propose experiments and communicate campaign plans, results and challenges on a regular basis with the Marketing and Growth teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional team members including Product, Engineering, Data Analytics and Data Engineering to implement and advocate for tools to improve campaign performance or test new high impact opportunities.
- Incorporate Borrowell messaging, industry best practices, user research, competitive insights into campaigns and experiment planning; communicate findings with the business to share learnings that also enhance initiatives in other areas of the company.
- Working closely with Engineering, ensure integrations and events required for campaign tracking and execution, including Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager are correctly implemented and maintained.
