Requirements:
3+ years of experience working in marketing in a tech company or startup environment in a relevant role, in the NEMEA region (DACH, Nordics, BNL, CEE). Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to translate complex information into clear and concise copy. Superior understanding of the marketing industry landscape. Strong familiarity in marketing automation, digital marketing, and tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ability to work autonomously and independently, in large cross-functional teams in multiple time zones. Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities. Experience working in Pardot/SFDC, Cvent and other marketing platforms. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, creative writing, journalism, or a related field. A strong interest in industry news, trends, and developments in the public Cloud ecosystem. Previous experience in the Cloud/FinOps is an advantage. Fluency in German, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
Create strategic marketing plans with defined goals and outcomes. Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional marketing execution. Manage marketing campaigns that promote products and/or services. Act as the marketing expert for the region. Liaise with the Business Development team to drive lead generation programs. Report on marketing effectiveness and tune go-to-market approach. Build strong working relationships with AWS and Google Cloud teams. Manage a regional budget, including partner funds. Organize in-person and virtual marketing events. Design and execute programs to nurture cloud vendor relationships. Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team. Evangelize success in the region, internally and externally. Work in parallel with global marketing team members. Leverage and localize global marketing programs.
