Senior Business Analyst

5+ years as a Business Analyst in digital, SaaS, enterprise, or higher-education projects Strong experience leading remote/offshore BA delivery Deep understanding of LMS, CRM, SIS, and system integrations (API familiarity required) Advanced analytical and technical documentation skills Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI, and BPMN tools Experience evaluating vendor proposals and working on system replacement/transformation projects Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Exceptional attention to detail Ability to mentor BAs and manage multiple streams simultaneously

Lead end-to-end requirements gathering Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process maps Conduct gap analyses and evaluate remediation options Define integration requirements for various systems Review vendor RFI/RFP submissions Assess solutions and contribute to scoring matrices Document data models, field mappings, and migration rules Perform advanced process mapping Contribute to RAID logs and sprint planning Support UAT preparation and execution Provide analytical insights and status reports Mentor mid-level Business Analysts
