Requirements:
5+ years of experience in SaaS Channel Sales or Partner Management roles, preferably in the WordPress ecosystem Proven track record of achieving revenue targets Experienced in structuring a partnership business, owning prioritization and ROI monitoring Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent customer service skills and a creative approach to solving issues Proven success in developing effective execution strategies for mutually beneficial partnerships Self-starter, proactive, and able to handle uncertainty Efficient Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and reprioritize Experience working across multiple business units with many stakeholders Dynamic Presentation Skills: adept at presenting to individuals and groups Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ecosystem Familiarity: experienced with Automattic’s brands and product suite within the WordPress ecosystem Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts effectively Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Automattic products through partner channels Develop growth strategies for agency partners Manage agency account relationships and implement GTM strategies Monitor site health and manage retention risks for agency clients Recruit, onboard, and build champions within digital agencies Provide training and support to partners on Automattic's products Collaborate on marketing and sales enablement programs Gather feedback from partners to improve products and services Advocate for partner needs within Automattic Stay informed about industry trends and market developments Ensure partners adhere to standards and compliance
