Monitor and track operational costs, including product, freight, and logistics expenses. Own the invoicing process with co-manufacturers, including tolling variances and raw material chargebacks. Collaborate with Accounting and Operations teams to collect, analyze, verify, and report accurate information. Manage accrued purchases. Support Operations budget and forecast activities. Develop cost estimates and product P&Ls for new products or projects. Recommend changes to reduce costs and improve profitability. Analyze general ledger variances and suggest corrective action. Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
