Requirements:
4+ years of software development. 2+ years working in DeFi. Proven delivery of production-ready DeFi systems on Solana or EVM. Strong understanding of DeFi mechanics, trading systems, spot/margin trading, and on-chain execution. Self-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment. Strong communication skills in English. Experience with low-level blockchain runtime or transaction-pipeline optimizations (bonus). Experience landing high-volume transactions on Solana or EVM (bonus). Background in market making or high-frequency trading (bonus). Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable workstation setup for sustained development and communication.
Responsibilities:
Build systems to read high-volume, low-latency data from blockchains. Send and manage transactions in performance-sensitive environments. Design, implement, and deploy production smart contracts on Solana or EVM environments. Contribute to end-to-end exchange, execution, and data-pipeline architecture.
