Strong experience using Java (ideally .net too) Demonstrated experience working in AWS-native environments, using tools like DynamoDB, Athena and Lambda Experience with scaled technical solutions - have worked on projects to increase the scaleability of a platform Clear communicator, ability to clearly articulate technical solutions and collaborate with colleagues globally Product Engineer mentality - own your solutions from start to finish

Work closely with the local NIRA Engineering team Partner with the broader APAC Engineering team to increase platform scale Expand the platform to support multiple financial products and underlying instruments Drive iterations on credit policy and improve credit decision systems Collaborate with product, credit/finance, compliance, support and analytics teams
