Deep expertise with AWS cloud services. Strong experience writing, reviewing, and deploying code using modern languages (Node.js, Go, React, Angular, TypeScript, Python, etc.). Technical background in application development and modern architecture. Experience managing customer engagements and contributing to project delivery. Desire to integrate innovative technologies into development workflow Familiarity with Generative AI technologies Proficient in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation. Experience working in client-facing roles within consulting or professional services.

Serve as a technical advisor and thought leader across multiple workstreams and strategic customer engagements. Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and design high-impact, cloud solutions. Lead discovery sessions, create and present technical artifacts, and define long-term architectural strategy. Guide small teams or oversee larger teams through implementation and delivery. Contribute to Agile ceremonies and provide architectural direction across internal and external projects. Create and share public-facing content that showcases Caylent’s innovation and technical leadership. Support pre-sales through proposal development, scoping, and technical estimation. Mentor Architects and Engineers across projects and practices to elevate technical execution and growth. Represent Caylent with delivery excellence and deep technical leadership.
