Responsibilities:
Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing and time-blocking. Lead travel and logistics end-to-end, including itineraries, bookings, and expense management. Drive communication and inbox management, triaging messages and drafting communication. Support meetings and operational rhythm by preparing agendas, materials, and tracking action items. Act as a trusted partner, handling sensitive information with discretion and providing proactive support.
