Technical Product Manager, RBP Ops

4+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or PropTech. Experience with API product management, data integrations, entity resolution, ID unification, or identity graphs. Experience designing or working with ETL and bi-directional data sync patterns between SaaS platforms, internal services, and customer systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Decisive, “First Principles” mindset. Ability to communicate crisply across functions and align stakeholders quickly.

Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Manage the backlog and prioritize platform investments. Identify opportunities to automate manual operational workflows. Own data mappings ingested from multiple systems. Partner with engineering to deliver intelligent data stitching solutions. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of core capabilities. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand workflows and translate into requirements. Monitor and report key health metrics for integrations and enrollment data.
