Trading Operations Specialist - Digital Assets (EMEA Remote)

3+ years of prior trading and/or trading operations experience with settlements and trading reconciliation. Strong preference for experience including crypto assets. Experience working in a crypto or tradfi banking environment across multiple currencies. Experience managing different forms of money transfers/wires. Experience in managing clearing/settlement within cutoff times. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting). Extremely strong attention to detail. Self-organized and excellent communication. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrable passion for digital assets and blockchain technologies. Understanding of asset transfers across CEXes and DEXes. Adaptable and a strong team player in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English. Strong Excel skills for reconciling, tracking, and presenting asset treasury and balances. Familiarity with Python and SQL languages (added bonus). Experience with querying database trade data and generating reports/dashboards (added bonus).

Manage digital asset and fiat related trade settlement and communicate with counterparties. Perform trade reconciliation from post trade to settlement. Track treasury and liaise with trading/finance on asset balances. Liaise with trading, OTC, and options teams on balances and settlement status. Rebalance assets and whitelist crypto addresses across CEXs and DEXs. Manage and add new banking beneficiaries, and support trading desks with fiat transfers. Track and alert clients on margin and net open positions. Report technical and financial problems and support dev team for improvements. Monitor and project manage internal operations ticketing processes. Oversee and enhance collection of external counterparty FX and OTC trade data. Improve efficiency and design of trade reporting and post-trade settlement procedures.
