Lead - Infrastructure Business Operations & Expense Management

Hands-on experience in expense management and financial analysis, particularly in large-scale infrastructure environments like data centers, networks, or cloud platforms. Technically skilled with experience in creating dashboards, financial models, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools, etc.). Detail-oriented and organized, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Collaborative and a strong communicator, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analytical, with a deep understanding of cost drivers and financial metrics. A self-starter with a passion for process improvement and automation.

Take ownership of expense portfolios, ensuring tracking, analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with account managers on forecasted spend and demand plans. Manage suppliers for accurate invoice submissions and data integrity. Provide detailed financial analysis and commentary for business decisions. Build and maintain operational dashboards and financial models. Support expense forecasting and reporting processes. Drive continuous improvement in expense management processes. Assist with supplier negotiations and renewals. Mentor and guide junior team members.
