Provide best-practice HCM guidance by analysing client requirements and developing effective configuration solutions. Lead SAP Payroll and/or ECP implementation and support projects with a focus on Australian Payroll compliance. Redesign, document, and optimise payroll-related business processes. Design solutions, estimate effort, prioritise gaps, and build implementation timelines. Build and test prototypes; manage solution configuration and cutover. Define testing approach, develop and execute test scripts, and resolve gaps. Conduct data migration and ensure smooth transition to production. Deliver training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
