Proven track record and consistent quota attainment greater than $1M+ ARR/year primarily experienced in winning Net New Logos. 5+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space, with expertise in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence. History as a top performer, consistently landing in the top 10% of stack rankings. Comfort in negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers and supporting new customers through onboarding processes. Experience within the public sector B2G vertical. Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, organization, and relationship management skills. Enjoy working in a lean, fast-paced team where you can take the initiative and generate results every day. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with HubSpot CRM. Early-stage tech startup experience (preferred). Proven success in selling SaaS platforms into net new logo accounts with complex procurement requirements (preferred). Existing relationships within Law Enforcement in the outlined territory (strongly preferred).
Responsibilities:
Develop familiarity with the ForceMetrics platform and its uses. Travel to client sites to educate agencies and provide product demonstrations. Accurately manage forecasting and pipeline management. Effectively manage the sales pipeline using MEDDPICC methodology. Build and maintain data pipelines. Work with leadership to set and drive go-to-market strategy. Establish sales goals and foster customer relationships. Develop and implement processes to bring ForceMetrics to a wide audience. Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategy for growing ForceMetrics' presence. Take ownership of the law enforcement sector in assigned territory. Identify and cultivate sales opportunities. Present and demonstrate product advantages, features, functions & benefits. Represent ForceMetrics at industry events/conferences. Build strong relationships with law enforcement agencies. Develop and streamline internal sales processes. Initiate and nurture relationships with departments, city leaders, and government officials. Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities. Develop creative strategies to determine goals and targets. Craft tailored solutions to meet customers’ needs.
