Requirements:
5+ Years in Technical Operations or Operations Management. Demonstrated experience supporting internal systems, workflows, and cross-department operations. Experience leading or coordinating a technical or cross-functional team. Proficiency with automation platforms (Make, Zapier). Proficiency with internal tooling (ClickUp, Airtable, Softr, Go High Level, G-Suite). Proficiency with lightweight coding/scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar). Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, scrapers, and low-code/no-code environments. Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude. Experience helping teams define KPIs, build dashboards, and maintain data integrity. Strong background documenting SOPs and building process maps (Lucidchart, Figma). Experience assisting with hiring, screening, or onboarding processes is a strong plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, ownership-focused mindset.
Responsibilities:
Lead internal technical team, prioritizing projects and ensuring timely delivery. Serve as the primary contact for internal technical issues and maintain a ticketing system. Build, optimize, and maintain automations using platforms like Make and Zapier. Develop custom scripts and lightweight prototypes for integrations and workflows. Act as the organization’s superuser across various platforms like ClickUp and Airtable. Help departments define, track, and report their KPIs and build dashboards. Ensure departments maintain accurate SOPs and create process maps. Leverage AI platforms to reduce manual workload and improve productivity. Ensure structured, accurate, high-quality data across internal systems. Act as the QA checkpoint for all internal launches, systems updates, and workflows. Manage user access, permissions, and account provisioning across platforms. Oversee the performance and reliability of special tools. Assist with hiring pipelines, including candidate screening and onboarding. Participate in meetings to ensure tech and ops initiatives support team needs.
