Requirements:
5+ Years in Technical Operations or Operations Management. Demonstrated experience supporting internal systems in a fast-paced, remote environment. Experience leading or coordinating a technical or cross-functional team. Proficiency with automation platforms (Make, Zapier), internal tooling (ClickUp, Airtable, Softr, Go High Level, G-Suite). Lightweight coding/scripting skills (JavaScript, Python, or similar). Familiarity with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude). Experience helping teams define KPIs, build dashboards, and maintain data integrity. Strong background documenting SOPs and building process maps (Lucidchart, Figma). Experience assisting with hiring, screening, or onboarding processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, ownership-focused mindset.
Responsibilities:
Lead internal technical team, prioritizing projects and ensuring timely delivery. Serve as the primary contact for internal technical issues and manage a ticketing system. Build, optimize, and maintain automations using platforms like Make and Zapier. Develop custom scripts and prototypes for integrations and workflows. Act as the organization’s superuser for platforms like ClickUp and Airtable. Define, track, and report KPIs, building dashboards and reporting structures. Ensure departments maintain accurate SOPs and internal documentation. Leverage AI platforms to reduce workload and improve productivity. Ensure structured and accurate data across internal systems. Act as the QA checkpoint for all internal launches and system updates. Manage user access, permissions, and account provisioning across platforms. Oversee performance and reliability of special tools. Assist with hiring pipelines, candidate screening, and onboarding processes. Collaborate with departments to ensure tech and ops initiatives support needs.
