High comfort with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or similar). Track record of optimizing workflows using AI to improve quality, speed, or scalability. Strong written communication, instructional design, and attention to detail. Experience with course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline/360 Learning.
