Data Analyst

3+ years of data analysis experience, ideally in multiple industries High proficiency with spreadsheets (v look ups, pivot tables) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to present clear, concise data summaries to non-technical audiences Proficiency with SQL, Python and/or R Familiarity with Databricks (nice to have)

Develop key analyses for the marketing team, including running and analyzing surveys, developing custom analyses of market trends using internal and external data, and supporting the marketing team with specific questions for outreach projects. Help cross-functional teams maximize value from our internal analytics platform and data tools by effectively presenting data to non data stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable data products. Contribute to architecture discussions and help define the evolution of our data platform. Collaborate with a tight-knit group of data & PR professionals on a daily basis. Proactively propose alternative solutions, weighing risks and rewards thoughtfully. Embrace feedback loops and share learnings from challenges to drive team growth.
