Requirements:
4–8 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, content marketing, or technical writing. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio of crisp, technical B2B examples. Ability to translate privacy regulations and technical capabilities into simple value propositions. Experience supporting product launches and release cycles. Strong analytical ability to interpret regulatory news, industry trends, and product signals. Comfortable working with design, demand gen, and product teams. Proactive, self-sufficient, and able to bring clarity to ambiguous environments. Experience in privacy, data governance, cybersecurity, or martech (bonus). Familiarity with messaging frameworks and positioning playbooks (bonus). Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce (bonus). Background working with technical B2B audiences (bonus).
Responsibilities:
Build persona-based value propositions and messaging maps. Translate technical features and regulations into simple customer language. Shape competitive positioning and evergreen product stories. Provide differentiated messaging for GTM and demand gen teams. Produce monthly product launch content: briefs, summaries, email copy, and internal docs. Draft external messaging including posts, landing page copy, and press language. Collaborate with designers to ensure visual alignment and narrative cohesion. Support internal enablement with concise product descriptors. Monitor privacy-related news, regulatory changes, enforcement trends, and industry developments. Identify narrative opportunities tied to market shifts. Proactively recommend story angles for content, GTM, and PR. Connect research insights to stronger product positioning. Work closely with the Head of Marketing, design, demand gen, and enablement teams. Deliver content on time for product launches and marketing campaigns. Participate in collaborative sessions around product storytelling.
