3+ years in a high-level technical support role (Tier 3, Tier 4, Business Systems Analyst, Production Support) with a strong focus on customer billing, invoicing, or financial systems
Proven, advanced troubleshooting skills for data discrepancies, financial jobs, and complex business processes
1+ years of software development experience
Solid understanding of programming languages, ideally Go and Python
Solid understanding of databases, experience querying relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases
Excellent communication skills in English
Self-organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
