3-5 years building, testing, and deploying production software Backend engineer with full-stack skills and strong data processing experience Strong hands-on coding excellence: write clean, maintainable code quickly Portfolio of work to showcase and discuss Experience with modern technologies: Python, Go, Rust, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Angular Proven experience with high-scale systems: databases, cloud infrastructure (AWS), API development, software architecture Proven ability to ship features quickly, balancing speed with quality Experience with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms (Bonus) Carrier integration or IoT connectivity experience (Bonus) Database optimization and performance tuning (Bonus)

Design and optimize systems processing billions of usage records monthly Build robust backend services using Kafka for high-throughput, low-latency data streams Contribute to interfaces presenting detailed status and analytics for thousands of customer SIM cards Create and maintain APIs powering both internal systems and customer integrations Implement features spanning database optimization to user interface enhancements Take ownership of end-to-end delivery from conception to launch Influence product decisions by collaborating with product and design teams Contribute to architectural discussions balancing existing patterns with innovative solutions
