Staff Engineer - Platform

10+ years of professional experience leading large-scale technical initiatives. Deep experience operating Kubernetes clusters (e.g., EKS) and automating their lifecycles. Experience designing Kubernetes-based abstractions for self-service platforms. Experience automating cloud infrastructure on AWS using tools like Terraform or Crossplane. Experience with multiple backend languages (preferably Python, Go, and/or Typescript). Solid foundations in networking concepts and Linux terminal environment. Impact-oriented mindset, prioritizing outcomes and business/user value. Self-starter with intrinsic motivation and leadership capabilities. Adaptable and open to new ideas and shifting priorities. Team player with strong collaboration and mentoring skills.

Drive strategic product initiatives from concept to launch. Design and prototype end-to-end user experiences. Champion design excellence and ensure high-quality standards. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product Management. Own major product initiatives and influence company-wide design decisions. Provide strategic leadership within the design organization.
