5+ years in product management with time spent on platforms, configuration, developer tools, workflow systems, or B2B SaaS. Decisive prioritizer who can say no and sequence well. Collaborative partner who creates clarity and momentum. Mission-driven builder interested in modernizing and scaling insurance.
Responsibilities:
Own the vision for platform capabilities including forms, documents, rules, rating, workflows, and policy lifecycle. Convert business objectives into clear product strategy and roadmap balancing scale, empowerment, and depth. Lead with product and technical depth, working with engineering on architecture choices and sequencing. Write crisp requirements, pressure testing them with design and technical partners. Champion configurability and extensibility without compromising reliability. Run structured discovery with internal teams and customers to understand jobs to be done. Validate ideas fast through prototypes and experiments. Use analytics tools like Mixpanel, GA, and Segment to inform priorities and measure adoption. Prioritize across multiple teams by weighing customer value, platform scalability, and effort. Align engineering, design, partnerships, and GTM on clear problem statements and definitions of done. Ship capabilities that reduce time to market and improve the end-to-end configuration experience.
