Lead Solutions Architect

7+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, automation design, or similar roles. Experience in construction, automotive manufacturing, oil & gas, industrial automation, or related sectors. Ability to translate business problems into structured technical solutions. Strong technical foundation in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures. Strong technical foundation in Enterprise integration patterns (APIs, microservices, event-driven systems). Strong technical foundation in Data engineering concepts (ETL pipelines, data lakes, real-time streaming). Hands-on experience with AI/ML workflows, including LLMs, VLMs, and Computer Vision systems. Hands-on experience with Model deployment and MLOps for production environments. Experience with Design and engineering software such as CAD tools, Bluebeam, and similar platforms. Ability to design and map complex architectures. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred; familiarity with Java or C# a plus). Comfort with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of security and compliance for industrial environments. Strong communicator with presence across technical and executive audiences. Comfortable in early-stage, fast-moving environments. Ability to travel for onsite discovery, workshops, and customer meetings.

Conduct discovery sessions with industrial operators, engineers, and executives. Map workflows and identify AI automation opportunities. Translate customer pain points into technical requirements. Guide customers through technical validation and exploration. Communicate solution capabilities, architecture, and methodology. Frame technical tradeoffs, risks, and ROI. Develop detailed statements of work (SOWs). Collaborate with engineering on build plans. Support customers with architecture and scoping. Align solution design with organizational goals. Identify repeatable patterns for future solution modules or platform features. Shape customer engagement and delivery playbook.
