Integrate and extend Twilio APIs for call routing, IVR flows, telephony, and automation. Configure, maintain, and optimise Google CCAI (voicebots, chatbots, transcription, NLP/intent models). Build and maintain microservices and APIs that connect to internal M&S systems (payments, order management, refunds, loyalty). Design and implement scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant backend services. Improve system reliability through logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability. Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and Frontend teams on end-to-end workflows. Contribute to technical design, architecture decisions, and best practices.
