Senior Backend Engineer(Twilio,Google CCAI )

Strong programming experience in Java or Kotlin. Hands-on experience integrating Twilio or similar communication/telephony platforms. Familiarity with Google CCAI (Dialogflow, CCAI Insights, agent assist, speech/NLP). Experience building APIs using REST and event-driven systems (Kafka). Expertise in Azure or similar cloud-based microservices architecture. Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling – Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions. Solid understanding of distributed systems, performance, scaling, and reliability engineering.

Integrate and extend Twilio APIs for call routing, IVR flows, telephony, and automation. Configure, maintain, and optimize Google CCAI (voicebots, chatbots, transcription, NLP/intent models). Build and maintain microservices and APIs that connect to internal M&S systems. Design and implement scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant backend services. Improve system reliability through logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability. Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and Frontend teams on end-to-end workflows. Contribute to technical design, architecture decisions, and best practices.
