Serve as primary administrator and SME for Zendesk Support, Guide, Chat/Messaging, and HubSpot CRM ecosystem. Manage user roles, permissions, and data integrity across both platforms. Design, build, and maintain support workflows (Triggers, Automations, SLAs, Macros) in Zendesk. Configure HubSpot Smart CRM data structure, including objects and properties. Lead strategy and development of AI-powered solutions in Zendesk and leverage HubSpot Operations Hub features. Manage bi-directional integration between HubSpot and Zendesk, and other system integrations. Own reporting infrastructure using Zendesk Explore and HubSpot Reports/Dashboards. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
