Requirements:

8+ years of professional software development experience. Startup experience is a must. Expert-level skills in Frontend (React, TypeScript). Strong competence in Backend (Node.js, TypeScript). Proficient in Python. Experience or strong ambition to build backend systems for AI agents and conversational interfaces. Ability to design complex systems that scale. Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

Drive features and projects from abstract concepts to production deployment. Own UI/UX design, product logic, and technical implementation. Architect and build core web infrastructure using TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Develop and maintain Python backends for AI capabilities, agentic systems, and conversational AI flows. Design scalable backend systems and drive architectural decisions. Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and other engineers. Shape the product roadmap and technical strategy.
