Senior Backend Engineer (m/f/d)

5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in backend or full-stack development. Very good knowledge of Kotlin/Java and relevant frameworks (e.g., Micronaut, Spring). Demonstrable hands-on experience in deploying and running applications on production systems (e.g., cloud, containerized environments). Strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.

Design, develop, and operate critical backend services within the User Management domain. Ensure seamless and secure integration with Keycloak instance. Develop software following modern practices: API first, code reviews, automated tests, MR environments. Own technical topics, drive decisions, and seek alignment across teams. Deploy and monitor services using Kubernetes, Helm, Grafana, Sentry, and Mixpanel.
