Project Manager - Medical IT Deployment

Experience with enterprise reporting or clinical documentation solutions. Radiology experience is highly desirable. Proven success managing complex IT or digital health projects in healthcare environments. Strong track record delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of medical imaging workflows, radiology reporting, and enterprise health IT systems. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience with risk management, change management, and user training. Familiarity with the Australian public and private healthcare landscape. Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) is a plus.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Fluency for Imaging (FFI) implementation. Collaborate with radiologists, IT teams, clinical staff, hospital leadership, and vendors. Develop comprehensive project plans (timelines, resources, budget, risk, quality). Drive cross-functional project teams and track progress. Facilitate project meetings and communicate status to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, data privacy, and security standards. Oversee user training, workflow adoption, and change management. Provide post-implementation support and document project outcomes.
