Senior Product Manager (all genders)

5-7 years of product management experience in healthcare technology. 4+ years experience in medical imaging, imaging AI, or clinical documentation. Proven track record of successful product launches in enterprise healthcare markets. Demonstrated independent leadership and ownership. Strong understanding of radiology workflows, RIS/PACS integration, imaging informatics. Experience with AI/ML and speech recognition in medical imaging. Knowledge of natural language processing and semantic understanding architecture. Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience working directly with clinical stakeholders.

Drive product vision and roadmap for AI-powered imaging documentation ecosystem. Define and execute product strategy for generative AI integration. Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback. Establish evaluation frameworks for AI regulations. Partner with customer success for product adoption. Lead platform evolution for cloud-native, interoperable solutions. Champion interoperability using FHIR, FHIRcast, HL7. Ensure product integration with PACS, RIS. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape. Identify market opportunities in ambient documentation and AI. Develop go-to-market strategies. Lead customer research, beta programs, and post-market surveillance. Analyze product usage data for prioritization. Partner with health systems and clinical leaders to understand needs. Design user experiences to ease adoption and reduce burden. Drive innovation in workflow orchestration and automation.
