Senior Software Engineer

10+ years building and shipping production software, ideally in SaaS or infrastructure. Deep understanding of modern software engineering, performance tuning, and distributed systems. Comfortable with TypeScript/Node.js and/or Golang. Cloud-native tools experience (AWS is a plus). Experience with NestJS or Terraform is a bonus. Ability to write clean, maintainable code and advocate for simplicity. Ability to balance speed with quality. Mentorship skills and enjoyment in helping others grow. Clear communication of technical topics. Curiosity and initiative to dig deep and lead improvements.

Contribute to core systems while raising code quality, testing, and design standards. Drive technical conversations and guide architectural decisions. Mentor peers and junior engineers. Find solutions to performance, reliability, and scalability challenges. Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep projects moving. Promote quality practices like TDD and continuous delivery. Own work from design and implementation to operations and observability. Collaborate across teams for cohesive solutions. Refine engineering practices and tooling.
