Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) - Southeast Region

Valid license to practice medicine & DEA license in your home state. Eligible and willing to obtain licenses in multiple states. At least 1 year of Buprenorphine prescribing experience. Telehealth experience a big plus. Strong communication skills. Ability to build an effective provider-patient relationship. Comfort with risk/benefit balancing. Love for problem solving. Motivational Interviewing experience preferred. Ability to share equally in the on-call needs. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Provide assessment and treatment for adults with Opioid Use Disorder. Diagnose Opioid Use Disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions. Safely prescribe and manage buprenorphine-naloxone treatment. Utilize motivational interviewing and engagement techniques. Collaborate with the care team for additional services. Participate in clinical team meetings and practice improvement. Understand and provide feedback on practice policies and procedures. Develop an understanding of local and regional referral resources. Utilize EMR platform to manage patient care. Work from anywhere in your state.
