Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) - Northeast Region

Valid license to practice medicine & DEA license in your home state. Eligible and willing to obtain licenses in multiple states. At least 1 year of Buprenorphine prescribing experience. Telehealth experience preferred. Strong communication skills. Comfort with risk/benefit balancing. Ability to share equally in the on-call needs of the region. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Provide assessment and treatment for adults with Opioid Use Disorder. Diagnose Opioid Use Disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions. Safely start and manage treatment with buprenorphine-naloxone. Utilize motivational interviewing and engagement techniques. Collaborate with the care team and coordinate additional services. Participate in clinical team meetings and practice improvement. Develop understanding of practice policies and procedures. Utilize web-based EMR platform for patient care. Work from anywhere in your state (subject to change depending on regulations).
