3+ years of experience in an Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or Vendor/Investor reporting role Strong attention to detail Critical thinker with ability to improve processes Problem solver with laser-like focus Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Savvy working with multiple IT interfaces Bank or cash reconciliation experience Customer focused mindset Ability to take ownership of work Ability to work across teams and drive cross-functional alignment Bias for action and iterative mindset Moderate Excel knowledge Experience using SQL Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration)

Report on loan origination and servicing activities, including partner reporting and report maintenance/development Coordinate projects between internal departments Serve as the point of contact for external vendors Focus on continuous process improvement through automation and increased efficiency Track and ensure the accuracy of loan servicing reports and files Reconcile bank accounts daily Track and validate the remittance of funds between Happy Money and vendors Communicate with banks to understand posting discrepancies Investigate and identify issues and work with internal departments to identify root causes Test process improvements with engineering and product support Engage directly with capital partners to remediate reporting issues
