Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization. Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms. Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards. Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast. Comfortable with NSFW content and running campaigns on adult networks. Past exposure to subscription models and CAC/LTV frameworks (nice-to-have). Familiarity with DSPs and programmatic environments (nice-to-have).
