Measure project performance, delivery quality, and client satisfaction. Support P&L for assigned portfolio, achieving revenue and margin targets. Implement performance metrics and pricing governance for delivery economics. Lead a team of Delivery Managers across multiple clients. Build a performance-driven culture focused on accountability and improvement. Develop talent pipelines and succession plans. Partner with AI and Operations teams to introduce automation in delivery processes. Implement AI-driven tools for quality monitoring, forecasting, and resource optimization.
