4+ years of business analysis experience in software development or fintech Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into actionable requirements Experience with high-volume, high-performance financial systems or payment platforms Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product) Proficiency in BA methodology and tools, including Confluence and Jira Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum and continuous delivery environments Upper-Intermediate+ English level Ability to simplify complex concepts for clear communication and effective decision-making Background in Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services (Desirable) Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in software delivery for fintech projects (Desirable)
