Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your squad, including customer experience, seller-facing tools and service workflows. Drive discovery with customers and sellers to deeply understand their needs, workflows, and challenges. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities with tech leads and UX; estimate impact on seller outcomes and company metrics. Partner with engineers to build and define clear, versioned API requirements. Collaborate on developer experience (docs, sandbox), and improve reliability and performance. Use experiments and controlled rollouts to validate changes; maintain high standards for stability and security. Take a data-driven approach to measuring success, leverage AI tools, and use insights to iterate and de-risk decisions. Partner with a wide range of stakeholders, particularly our Supply department, and act as the delivery experience expert within the organization.
