• At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Experience in leading corporate and team development with a focus on economic and sustainable value.
• Very good presentation and moderation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for team and product.
• Design product vision and roadmap with team and stakeholders.
• Understand technical and functional solution limits for optimal advice.
