Requirements:
- Four-year degree or equivalent in a related discipline
- Five years’ experience in technology sales with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
- Three years' security sales experience
- Demonstrated technical acumen to articulate ExtraHop's value proposition
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proven history of sales success in network/application management or related IT infrastructure solutions
- Demonstrated ability to secure meetings and close deals with senior level executives
- Solid understanding of enterprise networking technologies
- Strong independent work ethic and experience working in startup culture
- Existing senior level relationships at a wide range of enterprise accounts
- Background in software/hardware sales and distribution
- Ability to travel
- Work cooperatively with others
- Work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Has predictable, reliable attendance
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Identify prospects through cold calls and lead follow-up
- Call on senior executives
- Present and demonstrate ExtraHop products
- Provide customer and competitor feedback
- Prepare and implement strategic sales account plans
- Ensure resellers and field sales engineers work together
- Work with resellers to grow business
- Prepare and maintain an accurate sales forecast
- Network in customer and related organizations
